Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery and baked goods, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged during transit or arrive with quality defects. Please contact our Adelaide team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

Assessment
Our quality control team will review your claim within 24 hours to determine if it meets our food safety and return criteria.
Return Authorization
If a return is required, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions for local drop-off at our Adelaide facility.
Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement of your treats or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
